以“机理+数据+算法”为体系，开设《房地产数据分析与应用》、《高级计量经济学》、《管理学》 等本科和研究生课程。

聚焦于“数智”工程管理与城市时空复杂系统的交叉方向，利用时空多模态大数据分析、人工智能和数字孪生等先进技术，解析城市创新链、供应链和产业链系统，探究城市多尺度动态演化与资源配置策略

        以第一/通讯作者身份在Nature旗下人文社科子刊《Humanities & Social Sciences Communications》、 城市领域top5期刊如《Landscape and Urban Planning》、《Cities》等国际高水平期刊上发表  论文二十余篇。资政建议入选住建部内参，获中国国土经济学会智库优秀资政成果奖等。部分近期代表作如下：
