以“机理+数据+算法”为体系，开设《房地产数据分析与应用》、《高级计量经济学》、《管理学》 等本科和研究生课程。

聚焦于“数智”管理与城市复杂系统的交叉方向，基于多元异构多模态大数据库，利用人工智能和数字孪生等前沿技术，解析城市创新链、供应链和产业链系统，探究时空多尺度动态演化机制，形成可量化、可预测、可优化的资源配置、风险预警等管理决策。
