"Virtual Teaching and Research Office of Real Estate Development and Management Discipline" of the School of Management Science and Real Estate among the list of the first pilot virtual teaching and research offices under the Ministry of Education

 

The General Office of the Ministry of Education has recently released the Notice on Announcement of the List of the First Pilot Virtual Teaching and Research Offices (JGTH (2022) No. 2), which identifies the first pilot virtual and teaching research offices. The "Virtual Teaching and Research Office of Real Estate Development and Management Discipline" declared under the guide of Prof. Liu Guiwen is named in the list.

Virtual teaching and research offices are important exploration of the construction of new-type grass-roots teaching organizations in this information age, and are the inevitable requirement and important support for promoting the high-quality development of higher education. In order to implement the spirit of the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Expediting the Construction of High-level Undergraduate Education and Comprehensively Improving Talent Training Ability and the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Deepening Reform of Undergraduate Education and Teaching and Comprehensively Improving Talent Training Quality, the Department of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education initiated the recommendation work of pilot construction in July 2021. After selection and recommendation by local governments, colleges and universities and teaching steering committees, a total of 439 virtual teaching and research offices in China were finally approved as construction pilots.

The School will take construction of the Virtual Teaching and Research Office of Real Estate Development and Management Discipline as an opportunity, and lay a solid foundation for improving the quality of talent nurturing and provide strong support for the high-quality development of education and teaching by giving full play to its disciplinary advantages and characteristics, substantially promoting the deep integration of modern information technology and teaching research, actively exploring the teaching and research mode that is efficient, effective and diversified and is not constrained by time and space, comprehensively strengthening the construction of new grass-roots teaching organizations, carrying out extensive education and teaching research exchange activities, making efforts to build a community of teachers' teaching development, and actively inspiring teachers to return to teaching, love teaching and study teaching.
