China-Australia International Academic Forum Was Successfully Held

At 10:00 a.m. on April 12, 2018, the China-Australia International Academic Forum, jointly organized by School of Construction Management and Real Estate in Chongqing University and Sustainable Development International Research Center in Chongqing University, was successfully held at the conference room – 214 in the school building. Chinese and Australian scholars gathered to discuss the future of Engineering Management research.
The forum was chaired by Prof. Shen Liyin, and Liu Guiwen, dean of School of Construction Management and Real Estate in Chongqing University, made a speech on the opening ceremony. In the front part of the forum, scholars from both China and Australia put forward their own opinions on the status quo and future development trends of Engineering Management. Then the students who came to listen to the forum raised questions. The students enthusiastically asked questions towards the scholars on how to combine Engineering Management research with current research hotspots such as big data, and how to determine the research direction, etc. The atmosphere of the entire forum was lively. Everyone spoke freely. The forum achieved good communication and learning results.
