Brief Biography

Mrs. QIAN is a Lecturer at the School of Construction Management and Real Estate in Chongqing University. She has broad experience in enterprise accounting, construction project auditing and project finance. In recent years, she has focused on the innovation of project investment and financing mode in urban sustainable development. She took charge of 4 projects on green community investment and financing, and published PPP (Public-Private Partnership) related papers.
