Brief Biography

Haiyan Jin has been engaged in the teaching and research of real estate economic management for many years, participated in a number of national and provincial level scientific research projects, and worked on the research of project management performance at the University of Texas at Austin. In cooperation with the real estate research center of Shenzhen City, China, she is engaged in the compilation of real estate price index, real estate market early warning, real estate macro-control policies. She graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a master's degree and doctoral degree in engineering management and has been engaged in real estate economic management, construction economics, project management-related learning and research work, and publishes more than 20 papers in real estate economy, urban economy, construction economy, and project management.
