Brief Biography

Mr. Fu is an Associate Professor at Chongqing University, Chongqing. He has broad engineering experience in building design and construction. Mr. Fu has worked on smart construction, building design management, and green construction in China. He has also acted as outside counsel in connection with various design enterprises in Chongqing.
