Brief Biography

Dr. Zeng is an associate professor at Chongqing University. Dr. Zeng has worked on urban economy, building energy efficiency and government-subsidized housing program in China. He is a researcher of Chongqing University Center for Construction Economics and Management, and works on the institute of Urban Construction and Development. He is also a registered cost engineer and an editor of International Journal of construction and management.
