Brief Biography

Dr. Zhong is an associate Professor at the Chongqing University. She is the Director of the PPP research institute of urban construction research center of Chongqing. She has worked on sustainable development, project finance, PPP, and participated in numerous mega infrastructure projects in southwest of China. She is also certified as a PPP expert by both ministry of finance and China development and reform commission.
