Brief Biography
Dr. Liao is an associate professor at Chongqing University, Chongqing. She received her PhD. degree at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai. She has been a visiting scholar at University of Cincinnati, and also worked as a quality engineer at GE. Her research areas mainly are: resource optimization management, uncertain decision making, supply chain coordination, management process optimization, project management and operation, service standardization construction, lean management and etc.
