Brief Biography

Li xingsu is a lecturer in the school of construction management and real estate of Chongqing University. She is also a visiting scholar at the University of Cincinnati in the United States, a Certified Cost Engineer and Certified Real Estate Appraiser in China. She mainly engaged in urban sustainable development, construction project bidding management, real estate appraisal research. She published papers on EI core journals, EI extended academic journals and China's Science and Technology core journals; at the same time, she participated in the university project from the Ministry of Education, youth project of the Ministry of Education and several horizontal research projects. While, as a Cost Engineer and a Real Estate Appraiser, she participated in the bidding and value evaluation of many construction projects, and has rich practical experience in project evaluation and management.
