Brief Biography

Liao Qiyun, PhD, senior engineer, registered engineer, associate professor, master tutor, working at the school of construction management and real estate of Chongqing University, credentials committee member of CIOB member in western China, visiting scholar at the University of Cincinnati in US. He has been engaging in many projects with lots of empirical information and is a representative of the rare double type teacher working as teacher and engineer. Besides, he is also a excellent tenor who can perform types of songs.
