Brief Biography

Mr. Guiwen Liu is professor, dean, and doctoral supervisor of the school of construction management and real estate, Chongqing university. He also worked as a director of the Chinese Research Institute of Construction Management (CRIOCM), Global Chinese Real Estate Congress (GCREC), Higher Education Engineering Management Professional Assessment Committee for Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China, Global Leadership Forum for Construction Management and Engineering Program, et al. Mr. Guiwen Liu has worked on major urban development and renewal, urban economics, sustainable construction management, construction industrialization, and informatization and smart city. Recently, he has undertaken 5 national level projects and more than 20 provincial and ministerial level projects, obtained 2 national awards and 5 provincial and ministerial awards, and published more than 200 journal articles and 10 books.
